The joys of teaching in a Christian school, as evidenced in a class with elementary students:
"Mr. Miles! She told me I'm going to hell!"
"Don't say that. It's not nice."
(Later that day on a bus, a different student from the same grade approaches) "You're going to hell!"
"Excuse me?"
"You're going to hell."
"Is that a nice thing to say?"
"No."
"Please don't say that."
