I talked to a friend the other day who's listening to a book on his ipod. He said the word "excrutiating" was invented to describe the pain Christ felt on the cross.
A secular sci-fi writer wrote a story about the untouchable subject of segregation years before the civil rights movement. Certain Christian Universities refused to eliminate segregation until they were forced to in the 1970s. What happened to no slave or free, or don't be a respecter of persons? The Bible tells us, then how do those who study it the most faithfully tend to be the ones who miss it?
